Lumin Partners brings executive coaching and organizational strategy together. We work with leaders,
teams, and organizations on the decisions and habits that shape how work gets done. Our goal is to help
clients make progress they can sustain long after our work together ends.

Meet Debbie

Debbie Plager is the founder and CEO of Lumin Partners. She works with leaders and teams facing growth, transition, and difficult decisions. Clients know her for seeing connections they may have missed, asking the questions that get to the heart of an issue, and helping them turn insight into action.

Before founding the firm, Debbie served as Chief Talent Officer at HUB International and held leadership roles at Relativity, Unum Group, and Allstate. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading organizational and talent work from inside businesses.

Debbie holds a master’s degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University, where she teaches as adjunct faculty. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds a Team Coaching Practitioner accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Outside work, Debbie is a novice gardener, occasional choral singer, and third-generation teacher.
